Insight About Our Work

MISSION: To eliminate education disparities and fundamentally transform how Black youth learn and develop. We accomplish this by introducing programs and curricula that leverage culture and exposure to real life enterprise to youth who are not able to connect with traditional academic programming and career paths. 

 

Our work promotes 5 Core Objectives of Academic Innovation: Self-Awareness, Independent Thinking, Creative Expression, Enterprising Behaviors, and Community Development.
